Understand your rights and process to cancel or return products purchased from truhomeo.com.

🛍️ 1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting our support team at support@truhomeo.com.

Returns accepted within 14 days if the item is unused, sealed, and in original condition. No returns on opened products.

Email us with order ID and reason. Once approved, ship the product back. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is defective.

Refunds are processed and credited within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product. Original payment method is used.

Customized items, open packaging, and discounted sale products are not eligible for return.
